🏢 Business clients may request extended payment terms (up to 7 days).

⏳ Unpaid invoices beyond the timeframe may result in booking cancellation or rescheduling based on availability.

📌 Cancellation Policy

✔ More than 24 hours' notice – No fee.

✔ Less than 24 hours' notice – $80 cancellation fee applies.

✔ Same-day cancellations – 50% of the booking fee will be charged to compensate for reserved resources.

📌 Fair Cleaning Terms

✅ If the condition of the space exceeds reasonable cleaning expectations, we reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.

✅ For homes requiring extensive cleaning due to prolonged buildup or neglected maintenance, additional service time and pricing adjustments may apply. Clients will be informed in advance to ensure transparency.
